The process of heating sugar in syrup or caramel is not only carcinogenic, but it increases the glycemic index, which can cause a rapid increase in blood sugar or spikes. Cooked food also requires the body to work harder to process the food. If your metabolism is average or low, not only will the digestion be slow but the transition time for cooked food to pass through your system is much longer. What this condition does is allow an environment for food to become toxins. Therefore, cooked food not only slows down your metabolism, but also prevents the main tasks of the body, especially the functions of detoxification and circulation of  good  oxygenated blood to the organs. Fresh oxygenated blood circulation is very important not only for proper respiration ,but also for our healthy growth. This circulation of blood carries all nutrients from food and passes it to different part of the body.. In short, not only will you have the situation of not being able to get rid of existing toxins efficiently and effectively, but you will also create new toxins.
