Healthy and Traditional recipe: Roast pumpkin seeds and chana daal in 1 small spoon of oil. Take pumpkin pulp also.
Cut coriander, curry leaves, ginger and garlic and fresh coconut.
Add lemon/ tamarind / raw mango pulp for taste.
ADD salt and small amount of sugar according to taste.
