This is actually something we know from ages and also heard from our grandparents :- Eat healthy and live longer. Only the problem is we hear..do not listen. But mind it this will never be an old fashioned, out dated advise. It is time tested, everlasting wise advise for our betterment.If you follow a healthy diet, of course, you can feel healthy and live longer. However, this is easier said than done. Everyone wants to feel energetic and live as long as possible, but the world is full of temptation and it is hard to resist unhealthy delicacies that contain high levels of sugar, salt or fat.

Train the Brain:
Brain is the boss and we must follow it's instructions. So first of all we must learn to Train the Brain. Nothing is impossible if we know exactly what to do. So start train yourself means your brain as it likes to learn that is Gain knowledge about benefits of a good health. by vegan or vegetarian diet as it is easy to digest and low in fats ,high in nutrients. , and collect data /info Our brain loves to collect the good such things and calculates itself about the what will be the best results. Forget the taste buds ,listen to your trained brain , only for few days. When you will feel energetic ,light and happy ,you will choose to stay away from unnecessary food intake.Determination is the KEY:
If you are determined to follow a healthy diet, you should make some plans not to get distracted halfway. There are no magic pills that can guarantee a healthy body; Keep in mind that exercising is a good way to achieve your goal effectively.Never trust shortcuts if you have already decided on a healthy diet. Perseverance is the key to success. Do not expect a very fast result: it may take weeks or even months to notice some improvements in your health.

Try to choose food wisely. Whatever is good for your apatite is good for you, so don't choose according to your taste buds. Sometimes we ignore the fact that whole fruit is better than juices. Think again before planning your diet . Have your dose of fiber to feel more filled , and not having carvings all the time. Fibers will check your food intake and flush out the toxins out of the body. If you strictly follow your healthy diet, there is no reason why you cannot lose some unwanted pounds and inches of your body. Losing weight can generate more energy, as it is eliminating unwanted fats and toxins from your systems. You are also making yourself feel young and beautiful, and this is excellent for your mental health, since you are likely to feel happier and more satisfied with your new condition .
The constant approach:
Regardless of your reasons, do not substitute your healthy diet for a not-so-healthy one. Always keep constant approach , get motivation from even small weight loss and praise yourself for taking each steps towards good health. If you leave diet mid ways this will only make all your efforts useless. Eating healthy should be done constantly; If not, you are not fair with your body. If you crave something "devilish" like full creamy chocolate cakes, cream candies or ice cream, it's not bad if you have a bite. Your healthy diet is only affected if you eat all the unhealthy foods that are available in front of you. 1] Cottage cheese & spinach simple soup [Vegetarian special]

Soup Stock -[ veg stock [can take non veg stock as per your choice .]. About 2 cups or more, .
Spinach leaves - 4 to 5 stems, chopped
Cottage cheese shredded
Cloves pods 3-4 chopped finely.
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste.

2] Tofu fingers [ Vegan Special]
Super healthy since it is baked. A fairly quick and simple snack, a small complete meal or a side dish if combined with another salad plate. Tofu is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians. It is not very costly and easily available.

Firm Tofu - 1 piece or more
Tamari sauce / Teriyaki sauce - 1 to 2 tablespoons, depending on the flavor required. [available in the market]
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil / sesame oil - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds (optional)
Cut the tofu into sticks / fingers shape. Combine olive oil / sesame oil with Tamari sauce , add black pepper in it. . Dip each of the slices of tofu and cover them well. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the tofu fingers to add flavor or as a garnish, if necessary.
Heat the oven at low / medium temperature. Arrange the tofu fingers in a pan and bake for 15 minutes or less, depending on the size of the fingers. Turn tofu's fingers. Watch tofu fingers for the next 5 to 10 minutes. Use a fork or skewer to pierce a piece and check if it is well cooked. It must be firm and crispy.
It goes well with any Asian sauce or without any sauce or even tomato sauce, since the Tamari / Teriyaki sauce and the olive oil / sesame oil provide the wonderful flavor to these chewy tofu fingers.
3] Vegetable and leaf wrap [Vegan Special]
Ingredients:
Lettuce / cabbage / any leafy vegetables: separate the leaf to use as a wrap
Carrots - cut into long thin strips
Celery - cut into long thin strips
Soya nuggets ,boiled and crumbled [optional]
Tomato - diced
Avocado - diced
Chopped garlic
Black pepper
ginger grated 1/4 teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice: a light squeeze
Cottage cheese - a spoon (optional)
Assemble the cut and diced items on a bed of leaves sheets.
Mix the olive oil with a light squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle on the vegetables.
Spoon in the cottage cheese, if necessary. [ If you are vegan can avoid it, if vegetarian then can use cottage cheese.]
Once assembled, serve immediately. Can keep in refrigerator for different effect.
Chopped garlic and dash of ginger provides sharpness and spicy to the dish. A delicious snack or side dish.

3] Vegetable wrap very easy
It's almost same only variation is with the fillings But tastes wonderful by only some more nutritional ingredient , low fat and nutritious..
An easy, healthy and simple recipes Without luxuries fillings:

Wrapper: 1 piece, preferably integral
Iceberg lettuce / romaine lettuce - a leaf or two
Carrots - cut into long thin strips
Beet - cut into long thin strips
Celery - cut into long thin strips
And / or other vegetables or roots such as jicama, red / green pepper, white radish, cucumber, zuchinni
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and ground pepper (optional)
Wrap in line with lettuce, assemble the vegetable strips.
Mix olive oil with sea salt and ground pepper and sprinkle lightly over the vegetables.
For raw or vegan, skip the wrap and simply use lettuce as wrap.
Wrap it all up , and enjoy the wrap.
4] Apple, beet and carrot juice (A-B-C juice)
This recipe is as easy as A-B-C, but full of powerful antioxidants, beta-carotenes and minerals.
Excellent as a breakfast drink, as a half-day energizing fuel or at any time you need a transfusion of living goodness to encourage it.

Apple - 1, red or green apple.
Beet - 1/3 of small beet. Peel off the skin (but be careful with the red juice that stains your clothes)
Carrot - half
Express them all!
Serve immediately.
Can use red apples also or a mixture of both the apples, but the use of Green Apple helps more in detoxification.
