Eat Right:Stay Fit with Healthy Food:  Hello all. We are in the era where time is running faster than Earth. We have to cope up with so many things at a time and to handle everything efficiently we start ignoring one thing.. Our Diet..and Our Body..nothing can be achieved if we are not Fit..so here sharing secrets ..Eat Right.  This is the bottom line,base of our health. Our Earth has given everything which our body need to Stay Fit  and that is consuming ONLY Healthy Food.

Eat RIGHT Food-Healthy Food:  There are two type of people on the Earth.  1] Who eat to stay alive  2] who stay to eat. And believe me  both are boring people. The Earth is full of awesome things. So enjoy the taste at it's fullest , eat thoroughly ,  eat right , and in RIGHT QUANTITY. yes it is also important.  And that is eating right and healthy food.

What is Healthy Food:  Healthy food is that which keeps us fit and fine. Boost our Immunity system. Prepare us for weather changes, Mood swings, mental and physical  stress. Yes this is the key role of food we eat. Our health,mood, depression, confidence everything depends on food we eat.  So, correct your  food, check your lifestyle , and stay happy, fit and fine with Healthy food.

    Healthy food and life:  We know that healthy food is full of nutrients. It should not be categorized  by veg or non veg..... No ,both types are good for health and anyone have right to choose food according to his/her taste buds . Choose food as per the geographical region....Ayurveda/ herbal medicinal science advises food according to Weather, Geographical regions and your Pulse Rate...  And this Rule is still Golden will never fade. Choose the food according to it. Lots of Fruits, Dry Fruits,  Edible SEEDS, Milk, Fishes, Green leafy vegetables, sprouts,pulses ,lentils, Curd and yogurt,  ..list is endless only you have to consume it WISELY and in Right Quantity .  . Do Not  include more carbohydrate and sugar rich foods.

  Dry Fruits and Edible seeds -  Add fistful of dry fruits and edible seeds in your everyday diet. It is the most important food nowadays ..you know why? Because cases of mental distress, depression ,suicidal approach ha increased surprisingly last few decades. It's sad but studies approved it. So what's the connection between food and mental health? Healthy food like  dry fruits and edible seeds have good amount of fiber,  Omega 3 and rich in other micro nutrients which give nourishment to Brain and also cleanse our body.  Thus releasing  tension, relieving  from fears and rejuvenating Brain cells and tissues. Repair them and thus gives relaxation to the most important organ of our body -Brain.

Exercise and Yoga    . Exercise and Yoga  releases  Happy Hormone, gives extra supply of blood and oxygen to our body specially lungs and brain. Yoga and Pranayam are best breathing exercises, which understands the need of human body. Every organ and muscles gets a good supply of  oxygenated blood if we practice  Yoga. So  Gym, exercising, yoga, jogging morning/evening walks what ever possible star from today . Apart from consuming healthy food this part is also important for a healthy body and we know healthy body leads to healthy mind.

Plenty of Water: Water is important. According to ancient Indian herbal medicinal science -Ayurveda , whatever is available in universe is present in our body means effects our body. Around 70% is water on this Earth and according to Ayurveda our body also. Scientists also proved it.
So to flush out toxins and to strengthen our excretory system water is as important as healthy food.
 Include these time tested suggestions about food  .
  Have Breakfast like a king, but not oily, sugar loaded mega carb. food. Keep it full of nutrients,vitamins, proteins and fiber. Will discuss some awesome recipes of snacks in our blog,can comment for it or email me. 
Take food according to weather, warm in winters, and in rains  and cool in summers. Warm food means which have properties to give heat to our digestive system like  dry fruits,ginger, garlic, some spices like clove, black pepper ,wine. Cool means which give coolant effect like onions, cucumber,  bottle gourd ,fresh fruits like banana, oranges etc.
 Healthy food add spice to our life so have it and the bottom line is Eat Right And in Right QUANTITY. Do NOT overdo of anything after all we are here to enjoy food, enjoy  life
